The LEAP®  program is not for everyone

  • It is NOT a series of public seminars.

LEAP is a cohort group of individuals who must apply and be invited to join. The curriculum is customized to fit each cohort group’s needs, and real-world issues are discussed in a safe and productive way. During the LEAP® year we measure participants’ “confidence and competence” at specific intervals so we know how much growth is occurring. We are proud to have graduated hundreds of leaders from our program since 2003 and our “confidence and competence” measure shows consistently high growth (in excess of 25%) in the following areas:

  • Confidence that I could easily lead any group even if I have no expertise in that technical arena

Your LEAP® year is customized to fit your growth and development needs. Using your Certified LEAP Coach, peer cohort group, Leadership 360 Survey, and regular support and reinforcement, you get what you need; when you need it. The learning sticks and it is customized for you for an entire year!

TRANSFORMATIONAL and UNIQUE.

Unlike 2-3 day, or even week-long training programs, LEAP is a 12-month, cohort-based program where you step out of your day-to-day once per month to reflect on leadership challenges and learn the skills you need to take back to the workplace.
